Hi, I sent a report through the Instagram orders section but hadn’t heard anything back. I never received my shirt. I got an update that it was gonna be delivered. It never made it to my mail box. When I check the tracking it said it got sent back to sender. So is it going to be re sent to me or a credit given? I’d prefer to get the shirt but would take a credit to buy something else from your company. Thank for your time.
Hey Michael, Sorry you still haven't got the shirt! The issue was an error with the address on file so USPS could not deliver. Not sure why they had issues as the error was very minor.
I sent the replacement out a few days ago and shopify should have sent a notification with the new tracking. I'll resend it just in case, last I checked it was on the way and should be delivered Friday. Thanks, Marc
