In this video, we use these foundations and concepts to increase rotational movement to get you back on the mats after a rib or mid back injury. Also a must in shoulder rehab! A fantastic exercise to daily work at correcting posture and opening up the chest.

As we have personally struggled with rib and back injuries we use this one first hand and can tell you it is 👌🏽
