This is a great technique to help mobilize your neck when it doesn’t move properly due to a neck crank, or other joint-based injury. It uses a simple technique developed by Kiwi Physiotherapist, David Mulligan, that uses a towel (or belt) to gently mobilize a stuck joint while actively moving into the restriction.
