To guarantee your gifts arrive by December 24th, please note the following cutoff times:

New Tariff Policy Update
We want to inform you that new government tariffs and import duties may now be applied to international shipments. These fees are not included in your total at checkout and are levied by your local customs office. When is the Christmas Shipping Cutoff?
Our cutoff for guaranteed Christmas delivery (Dec 24th) is Dec 15th, 12:00 PM PST for Standard Shipping and Dec 19th, 12:00 PM PST for Express Shipping. See the table above for all details.
What if I order after the shipping deadline?
Orders placed after the cutoff dates may still arrive before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee it. For last-minute gifts, consider a Digital Gift Card for instant delivery!
Will my package be delayed due to high volume?
The holidays are extremely busy for all carriers. While we process orders quickly (1-2 business days), delivery times are estimates. We strongly recommend choosing Express Shipping if you are concerned about the timeline.
How do I track my holiday order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to activate.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders very quickly during the holidays. Please contact us immediately at christine@nationathletic.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is in the fulfillment stage.
Holiday Returns & Exchange Policy
Do you offer an extended return period for gifts?
Yes! To ensure a stress-free gift-giving experience, any items purchased between [November 1st] and [December 24th] can be returned or exchanged until [January 31st] of the following year. Our standard 90-day policy will apply to purchases made outside of this window.
What is your policy on returning sale or discounted items?
Final Sale Items (marked 40% off or more) are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Items purchased at a lower discount (e.g., 20% off) fall under our standard holiday return policy. Look for the "Final Sale" label on the product page.
Returns for Refunds Policy
Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable
Please note that when processing a return for a refund, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. The initial shipping charge covers the service of transporting the item to you, a service that has already been completed by the carrier.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
