Can I order one piece?
Yes, but the cost per piece is much higher on very small runs. For one-off or very low-quantity custom orders, we may also need to charge design fees depending on the project.
Can I mix sizes and styles to hit price breaks?
Yes. In many cases you can mix sizes, products, and styles within a custom order. That gives teams more flexibility while still helping reach better pricing tiers.
Will I have to pay import taxes or tariffs?
In some cases, yes. We will help guide you through the process to make sure charges are not excessive, and in some cases we may cover part or all of those costs for you.
What is the turnaround time?
After mockup and design approval, production is typically around 1 to 2 weeks, followed by roughly 1 to 2 weeks in transit. Rush options may be available for an additional shipping fee.
Can I change the fit and style?
Yes. We offer a full cut-and-sew program, which means we can adjust details like rash guard patterns, shorts inseams, fit, and other construction elements depending on the product and project.
