Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Please allow 5-8 business days for fulfillment as certain items are made to order.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within two business days. Please allow 5-8 business days for fulfillment as certain items are made to order.
Items that ship for free, use ground shipping through the USPS.
Nation Athletics uses USPS to ship all packages. The USPS shipping options are as follows:
USPS Priority Mail Express Flat Rate Envelope– You will receive your order within 1-2 business days after fulfillment if your order is placed before 10 AM EST Monday through Friday. This applies to in-stock items only.
USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box – You will receive your order within 2-3 business days after fulfillment if your order is placed before 10 AM EST Monday through Friday. The first full day after the order is shipped out counts as the first day. This applies to in-stock items only. Package dimensions are: 23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3" 12" x 12" x 5-1/2".
USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box – You will receive your order within 2-3 business days after fulfillment if your order is placed before 10 AM EST Monday through Friday. The first full day after the order is shipped out counts as the first day. This applies to in-stock items only. Package dimensions are: 13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"
USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box – You will receive your order 2-3 business days after fulfillment if your order is placed before 10 AM EST Monday through Friday. The first full day after the order is shipped out counts as the first day. This applies to in-stock items only. Package dimensions are: 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8"
International Shipping Policy
We offer flat rate international shipping:
Packages under 4lb (E.g rash guard and shorts estimated at 1.4lb) : $16
Packages over 4lb (E.g Gi estimated at 4.5 lb) : $19
Shipping Method: USPS Priority Mail International. You will receive your order within 6-10 business days after fulfillment if your order is placed before 10 AM EST Monday through Friday. This applies to in-stock items only.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
Please note, we are not responsible for any import / duty charges assessed after we ship the order. Please double check your local customs laws or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to help you confirm if there may be additional charges. We have shipped to many countries and may be able to provide more specific information based on previous experiences.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to make the most beautiful, quality swimwear and resort wear you've ever owned. But if for some reason, you need to send your pieces back to us please see the instructions, below:
Please note we cannot accept international returns or exchanges due to the cost of shipping. Reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions prior to shipping.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note while we go to great lengths sourcing the best materials and construction possible the nature of rash guard fabric will result in pilling when coming in contact with velcro. We recommend washing velcro shorts separately and ensuring all velcro closures are securely fastened before training. We cannot cover returns in this instance unless the rash guard was delivered in this condition unused.
Damages and defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged items will be refunded or replaced at no extra cost.
Exchanges: Sizing Issues
We offer covered-size exchanges for an additional $1 charge applied at the time of purchase. If this is not selected and you wish to exchange a product due to a sizing issue we will replace the item upto 60 days after purchase.
If exchange coverage is not selected the exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to reach out if you have specific sizing questions prior to purchase to avoid any issues.
Unfortunately at this point, we cannot cover international-size exchanges or returns due to sizing.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for damaged or defective items and instructions on how/where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
