Fit, performance and value
A good academy gi program starts with the product, not the logo. We help define the construction, fit, size plan and branding before production so your first run is built around the people who will actually wear it.
Choose the pearl-weave jacket weight, pants material and weight, color route and construction based on training, academy retail or competition use.
Start from the available youth, women’s and adult size ranges, then tell us how you want the gi to fit and the approximate size mix. Fit direction, grading and final measurements are confirmed during development and sample approval.
Plan embroidery, woven or specialty patches, labels, custom seam taping, inside sublimated lining, colors and private-label presentation instead of being limited to a patch on a pre-selected blank.
